If you have a child who will be four-years old on or before August 31st , 2025, and the family gross income is at or below 75% of the State median Income, you may be eligible for the North Carolina Pre-K program in Cabarrus County. Certain military families are also eligible without regard to income.

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is open for children turning 5 years old on or before August 31, 2025

Students will dismiss at 12:00 PM September 20 October 11 December 20 January 31 March 7 March 28 May 21

The news is out! W.M. Irvin exceeded expected growth with a growth index of +8.02! Out of the nearly 2600 NC schools with a growth index, W.M. Irvin was 59th overall and 9th among elementary schools in NC!
